100 new homes, Hatfield Peverel, EssexThis 14 acre site is owned by a farmer and another landowner and despite very difficult planning and political challenges a permission was secured by Barratt/David Wilson Homes for residential development which starts in 2021 via an Option Agreement. At one point the site was called-in by the Secretary of State and had to be re-designed following discussions with Highways England. |
